We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Engineer to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. The role involves understanding the technical processes in detail, identifying improvements, and implementing quality control systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Quality Engineer to make a significant impact on our company's success and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement quality control systems and measures in line with ISO 9001 standards.
2. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
3. Lead the execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols and reports.
4. Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues, ensuring that root causes are identified and appropriate corrective actions are taken.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
6. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
7. Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams, and lead efforts to improve testing methods.
8. Participate in design reviews to ensure inclusion of quality standards.
9. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations for improvements and cost reductions.
10. Train and mentor junior staff in quality control and analytical procedures.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with IQ, OQ, PQ, and ISO 9001.
4. Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with key stakeholders.
7. Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with statistical analysis software.
10. Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) will be preferred.
