What you can expect as a Quality Engineer II:
- Participate in all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) to ensure thorough test coverage, including test documentation, execution, and defect tracking.
- Perform manual functional testing on the GuideWire Insurance Suite, with a focus on PolicyCenter.
- Document and execute configuration, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing for application releases.
- Develop and execute manual end-to-end test cases, utilizing automation.
- Collaborate with analysts and developers to build comprehensive test suites that align with business needs.
What we are looking for as a Quality Engineer II:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing in web and API platforms
- Experience in testing custom GuideWire v10 PolicyCenter implementations
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), STLC, and Agile practices
- Strong understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices preferred
