Our client, a leader in the aviation industry, is seeking a Quality Engineer 2nd shift to join their team. As a Quality Engineer , you will be part of the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Quality Engineer 2nd shift
Location: Oxford, GA
Pay Range: $38-$40/hr. What's the Job?
• Develop and implement quality processes and continuous improvement initiatives to support line teams and organizations.
• Utilize problem-solving methods and tools to address quality issues effectively.
• Manage process control plans and monitor quality indicators to drive improvements.
• Support quality decisions by escalating issues and facilitating issue resolution.
• Collaborate with other plants to develop and deploy best practices in quality management. What's Needed?
• Engineering Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of quality/manufacturing plant experience.
• Knowledge and experience in aviation operations.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, GD&T, measurement systems, basic statistics, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft software: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. What's in it for me?
