Duties include:
• Reviewing records within digital systems including:
o Salesforce, SAP, Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc), and custom software as required
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure project timelines are met
• Collaborate with Service Quality personnel to improve compliance of records and process
• Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, CSA, etc.).
Qualifications:
• High School/GED required, and some college preferred
• Knowledge of regulations including FDA CFR and ISO preferred but not required
• Understanding of risk management and quality concepts is preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other desktop/general business systems
