We're looking for an experienced professional to join a dynamic quality assurance team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. About the Role

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Director, you'll play a key role in maintaining quality across the production plant. From inspection and testing to technical reporting and final product checks, your attention to detail and process discipline will help ensure that every product meets the highest industry standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply standards such as ASTM, AAMA, EN, GRCA, and PCI
  • Review and interpret shop and fabrication drawings (1st and 3rd angle)
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections across factory departments
  • Maintain calibration standards for measuring and testing equipment
  • Track and report non-conformities, maintain IT&P records
  • Monitor product expiration dates and manage material data sheets
  • Mix designs and cast samples for the color lab
  • Apply inspection identifiers to materials and finished goods
  • Prepare technical reports, charts, and documentation
  • Liaise professionally with Engineering, Design, and Project teams

What We're Looking For

  • Associate degree in a technical discipline (Engineering background preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years' quality control inspection experience in manufacturing, machining, or production
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Experience in quality laboratories and use of equipment like Testometrics
  • Excellent report writing and documentation skills
  • Strong organizational habits and a proactive mindset
  • Clear understanding of industry safety and quality standards
