What You'll Do As the Lead Quality Control , you'll play a vital role in maintaining our industry-leading standards. You'll be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, ensuring product accuracy, supporting pilot run evaluations, and collaborating cross-functionally with returns and development teams. You'll also help train team members and maintain smooth QA processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•  Performing inspections on raw materials and pilot run samples
•  Recording inspection data to evaluate supplier performance
•  Ensuring materials meet all visual and functional standards
•  Assisting with product returns, reporting KPIs, and ensuring QA tools are well maintained
•  Training team members and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
•  Upholding safety protocols and keeping the work area clean and efficient
Your Qualifications
•  3+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing
•  2+ years in a Quality Control role
•  Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
•  Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
•  Familiar with gauges, test instruments, and WMS systems
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•  Experience with golf club components or assembly a big plus
•  Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and able to lift up to 25 lbs
•  Able to operate a pallet jack
•  Willing to travel occasionally (
