They are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure product integrity and help maintain the highest standards in their state-of-the-art facility.


This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge electronics used in high-stakes environments, from defense to telecommunications. You'll work in a supportive, fast-paced team environment where your expertise in inspection processes and standards will directly impact the company's success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections on incoming, in-process, and final electronic/mechanical components including PCB assemblies and machined parts.
  • Perform and document failure analysis inspections (FAI) and ensure alignment with customer and internal standards.
  • Verify dimensional, mechanical, electrical, and drawing compliance prior to product shipment.
  • Assist with the development and refinement of inspection criteria and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead documentation efforts for goods received, RMA evaluations, in-line checks, and final product approvals.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal QA/QC procedures in alignment with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Spearhead ISO 9001 re-certification audits and support documentation for AS9100 readiness.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production to create system-level documentation such as manuals and datasheets.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in electronics inspection, preferably in industries like RF, aerospace, defense, or telecom.
  • Proficiency with IPC-A-610 standards and electronic assembly best practices.
  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools: calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.
  • Ability to interpret complex mechanical drawings and apply tolerance stacking knowledge.
  • Strong documentation and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a dynamic production environment.
  • Experience with military-grade RF products is a significant plus.
