Quality Control Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform incoming inspections on components, labels, tooling, and subassemblies using various precision tools (calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, etc.)
• Execute inspections on rework, advanced components, and quality protocols
• Ensure inspections and documentation comply with Good Documentation Practices
• Identify and report non-conforming materials; initiate NCRs and follow containment/disposition procedures
• Maintain accurate inspection records and meet daily priorities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve quality issues

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3+ years of QC experience in a regulated environment (FDA QSR, ISO 13485, etc.)
• Class 2/Class 3 Medical device experience preferred - Catheter experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Proficiency with inspection tools and basic computer applications (Word, Excel)
• Experience with tensile/torque testing and cleanroom procedures preferred
