Adecco is seeking a Quality Control Auditor to support an amazing Digitization Project in Ann Arbor, MI

Payrate: $18.14/hr Shift: Monday-Friday Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Project Overview :

The Digitization Services team's mission is to bring off-line content online through digitization at scale. As part of this team, the Final Audit Operator will be responsible for the review of scanned materials from SG, ND, and Foldouts to ensure quality is upheld and standard operating procedures are followed. This position works closely with client engineering to ensure the final processed volumes have the highest quality possible. Attention to detail is key- individuals in this role must be detail oriented, able to multitask, and able to differentiate standards between multiple workflows. A proactive and enthusiastic self-starter who is willing to learn on the job and be part of a fast-paced team will thrive in this role.

Overall Responsibilities :
  • Review a randomized assortment of pages from various departments across multiple worksites
  • Work in Google Sheets on individualized projects
  • Be able to rank page flaws by various impact standards
  • Uphold department's key performance indicators within each task workflow
  • Work on specialty projects as needed
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities :
  • Audit pages to maintain operational flow and standards
  • Audit pages for engineering feedback/improvement
  • Reach the minimum quality and productivity standards of the department
Required Skills :
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Apps, and Google Drive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with other individuals
  • Ability to work with a team to achieve goals
  • Must be able to pass a background screen for employment
Pay Details: $18.14 per hour
