Quality Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and approve sampling procedures, test designs, documentation, and protocols for recording, evaluating, and reporting on quality and reliability metrics.
• Oversee and supervise programs aimed at evaluating the precision and accuracy of production equipment, testing tools, measurement systems, and analytical facilities.
• Conduct training sessions focused on quality control practices and procedures.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in various aspects of quality control engineering, including but not limited to: design, incoming material inspection, process control, product evaluation, reliability testing, inventory control, metrology, automated testing, software validation, R&D, and administrative processes.

Skills:

• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities, with the capacity to support team development and provide constructive performance feedback.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
• Hands-on experience with engineering software tools, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and other relevant applications.
