The QC Clerk plays a crucial role in ensuring that all products meet the established quality standards before they reach the market. This position involves meticulous inspection and testing of materials and finished goods to identify any defects or inconsistencies. The QC Clerk will document findings and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions when necessary. By maintaining high-quality standards, the QC Clerk contributes to customer satisfaction and the overall reputation of the manufacturing facility. Ultimately, this role is essential for upholding the integrity of the products and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications: - Associate's degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma or ISO standards.
Responsibilities: - Conduct regular inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities.
- Collaborate with production staff to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols.
- Participate in training sessions to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.
Skills: Attention to detail is paramount in this role, as the QC Clerk must identify even the smallest defects in products. Strong analytical skills are utilized to assess inspection data and determine compliance with quality standards. Effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with production teams and conveying quality issues clearly. Organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate records and documentation of quality control activities. Additionally, familiarity with quality control software can enhance efficiency in tracking and reporting quality metrics.

We offer a generous compensation package, which includes: Hourly wage $18.00p/h - $22.00 depending on experience, Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, 401K, Vacation & sick/personal days and Life insurance.
