About the Role
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll be a vital part of the Quality team-ensuring our products meet rigorous safety and quality standards from raw ingredient to finished goods. What You'll Do
Review and organize supplier and production documentation
Perform quality checks on the production floor and in the lab
Evaluate ingredient and supplier compliance, including food fraud risk
Manage specification data for ingredients and finished goods
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new products, suppliers, and ingredients
Collect and ship samples for internal and external testing
Analyze and escalate production paperwork concerns for investigation
Work hands-on in both our ERP system (JustFoods) and physical filing systems
Communicate effectively across teams to uphold food safety and quality

Why It Matters
