Quality Assurance Technician

Quality Assurance Technician needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Plaquemine, LA.

The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess:

• One year of Quality Assurance experience in a cGMP environment
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety
• Basic understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis and math skills
• Paying $23.50/hour per hour; depending on experience

What You'll Be Doing:

• Review Production Batch Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance and record keeping
• Quality Control of raw materials, packaging components, labels, and finished
• Revise, and create SOPs as needed

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of Quality Assurance experience in a cGMP environment
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices and food safety
