Quality Assurance Technician, IES Customer Fulfillment Experience

You will collaborate with engineers on software across various n-tier architectures and the latest technologies.
We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic QA Technician passionate about quality and new consumer technologies. Emphasizing our Mobile First approach, QA Technicians are responsible for testing across multiple platforms, including Mobile Web, Mobile Apps, and Desktop browsers.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute test scenarios.
- Develop test plans for small to medium projects.
- Create UI automation tests using existing frameworks.
- Lead UAT and review sessions with Product and SDEs, supported by Senior QA engineers.
Basic Qualifications
- Graduates in quantitative fields such as science or engineering (0-2 years experience).
- Manual QA experience or understanding of testing methodologies.
- Ability to write, execute, and maintain new test cases.
- Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python or Java).
Preferred Qualifications
- Over 1 year of experience as a Quality Assurance Technician.
- Experience in manual and automation testing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of QA methodologies.
