What's Under the HoodDriveTime Family of Brands includes in-house financing and servicing through Bridgecrest, which is one of the country's leading financial servicing providers. Bridgecrest services roughly $17 billion in finance receivables for DriveTime and other third parties. We service auto loans across a wide credit spectrum with the intent of creating a strong path to vehicle ownership for our customers.
That's Nice, But What's the Job? In short, you will:
- Monitor interactions between employees and customers to ensure the communication follows compliance standards and internal policies and procedures outlined by the business.
- Participate in team initiatives such as call calibrations, trainings, and ad-hoc projects.
- Assist with training through side-by-sides or other peer-to-peer interactions.

- Verify accuracy and document analysis of customer communications.
- Ability to gather information and provide specific and detailed feedback.
- Confidently and effectively communicates to audiences at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

The Specifics.
- High School or GED required.
- Excellent oral, written communication and listening skills required.
- Strong attention to detail skills required.
- Knowledge in auto finance preferred.
- Proficiency in excel preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be comfortable working on site and have availability weekdays from 7am-4pm. This team works out of our Operations Center in East Mesa.
