Cranswick Country Foods, one of the UK s leading food manufacturers, is looking to recruit a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to join our Technical Team on the night shift.
In this key role, you will play an essential part in upholding our high standards of food safety, quality, and legality. You ll be part of a team that ensures our gourmet sausages meet the expectations of some of the biggest retailers in the UK.

Key Responsibilities: -
Carry out quality checks throughout production to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards

Record and report non-conformances effectively

Work closely with production teams to maintain high product standards

Assist in audits and continuous improvement initiatives
What we re looking for: -
Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Technical role, ideally in the food manufacturing sector
