We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with 10+ years in quality management within large food enterprises or major restaurant chains. This role focuses on supplier quality systems, food safety inspections, compliance, and continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to U.S. state laws by developing and implementing quality management systems for suppliers, stores, and warehouses.
- Supplier Oversight: Review and maintain supplier qualifications, conduct audits, and oversee quality improvement processes.
- Food Safety Inspections: Perform random checks at stores and warehouses, analyze risks, and track corrective actions.
- Regulatory Monitoring: Stay updated on U.S. food safety laws and provide timely compliance solutions.
- Reporting & Quality Improvement: Summarize quality management activities monthly and lead initiatives to enhance product quality.
- Training & Standards Implementation: Conduct staff training on food safety and quality management protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
- 10+ years in quality management for large food enterprises or chain restaurants; audit experience in coffee, beverage, or catering industries is a plus.
- Expertise in U.S. food safety regulations and industry standards (FSSC22000, BRC, HACCP, ISO22000).
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.
