Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance standards.
  • Drive quality initiatives across all production stages, including research and development, manufacturing, and final testing.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify root causes of quality issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to production teams to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
  • Participate in project management activities related to quality improvement projects.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's quality strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, QA/QC, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations.
  • Experience with quality control techniques such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).
  • Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles.
  • Ability to fabricate, analyze, and interpret technical data and specifications.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
