Salary: $120,000 - $135,000

Job Details- Lead QA operations and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Manage and develop SOPs, food safety plans, and audit readiness
- Direct lab teams, supervise daily QA processes, and handle customer complaints
- Oversee allergen management, hold/release systems, traceability, and recall procedures
- Act as site liaison for FDA/USDA and third-party audit inspections
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Dairy Science or related field
- 4+ years in QA leadership within dairy or food manufacturing
- HACCP, SQF, and PCQI certifications
- Experience in team management, regulatory compliance, and QA systems
- Strong communication, adaptability, and initiative
