Job Responsibilities:
- Identify areas for improvement in quality processes and systems including defining cost savings opportunities and management of continuous improvement initiatives that promote a culture of quality.
- Develop and implement quality assurance programs and procedures meeting company and industry standards.
- Develop, implement, and track critical KPI's, ensuing effective countermeasures are deployed achieving targeted goals while ensuring product and services meet defined thresholds.
- Lead continuous improvement and process improvement teams offering training, development and facilitation of team deliverables.
- Oversee and manage all Star Quality Ethic documentation to ensure accuracy and controls of procedures and related documentation.
- Collaborate with stake holders to ensure thorough root cause analysis of quality concerns.
- Manage and ensure compliance with all established quality standards including ISO 9000, ITAR, GRC, and EHS.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality/EHS management).
- Proven experience in quality management, quality control, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager) preferred.
- 7 or more years of experience in similar roles.
- 2 or more years of leadership experience preferred.
