QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD

Looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to manage and mentor a diverse QA team comprising functional testers, automation engineers, and performance specialists. This leadership role requires overseeing day-to-day QA operations, driving best practices, and ensuring team alignment with project goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• The ideal candidate combines strong people management skills with hands-on expertise in Robot Framework, Python, C , Selenium, API and performance testing, and data validation using SQL, ETL processes, and Databricks.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud infrastructure, including DevOps integration and environment setup, is essential.
• Excellent communication, the ability to upskill the team, a continuous improvement mindset, and working knowledge of Generative AI tools in QA are key to success in this role.
• Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
