Summary:
Responsible for inspecting Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) at various production stages, identifying defects based on industry and customer standards.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years QA PCBA inspection experience preferred
IPC-A-610 certification required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspections using microscopes and tools
Review prints, BOMs, and specifications
Inspect solder quality, component placement, polarity, and markings
Use measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
Document inspection results and report nonconformities
Recommend corrective actions and support continuous improvement
Follow ESD protocols
Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with potential hazardous materials. Requires U.S. Person status (ITAR compliance) and passing background check and drug screening.
