What You'll Do:


  • Lead the Charge: Develop and implement quality assurance programs that meet and exceed customer, company, and government standards.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with teams to conduct audits, inspections, and reviews, ensuring top-notch performance across raw materials, production, packaging, and distribution.
  • Drive Excellence: Manage HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and other compliance standards, ensuring we meet USDA and FDA regulations.
  • Solve Problems Like a Pro: Tackle challenges head-on by analyzing data, developing creative solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Inspire the Team: Partner with operations and sanitation teams to maintain a clean, efficient, and high-performing facility.

What We're Looking For:


  • Experience & Expertise: At least 5 years in quality control, specifically in food manufacturing, with solid knowledge of USDA and FDA regulations.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but experience speaks volumes too.
  • Certifications: HACCP and SQF certifications are a big plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other quality management tools.
  • Skills that Shine: Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a strategic, goal-driven mindset.
