Location: Irvine, CA
Role/Responsibilities - Take accountability for material identification, segregation, and classification of defect types, applying these techniques daily in manufacturing.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of preventive and corrective actions.
- Conduct thorough reviews of root cause investigations following established processes.
- Manage and analyze Quality metrics, including both leading and lagging indicators.
- Review Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), Performance Qualification (PQ), Transactional Management Verification (TMV), or Software Validation.
- Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Finished Goods, and material suppliers to ensure proper application of process validation, control, and risk management; address process failures as necessary.
- Collect data and execute various analytical and statistical analyses for process improvements and daily support.
- Document and assess proposed changes to processes, ensuring they do not elevate risk levels or result in noncompliance with required standards.
Qualifications & Experience Minimum Requirements: - B. E in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum: $37.01 per hour
Pay Range Maximum: $56.73 per hour

Compensation and Benefits: Pay will depend on location, skills, experience, education, and other law-permitted factors. This role may qualify for performance-based bonuses as per company policy.
