Your Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality requirements and flow downs to suppliers.
  • Approve procurement requisitions.
  • Oversee suppliers, including on-site process inspections.
  • Verify and approve final data packages before delivery.
  • Report any process changes to management.
  • Track and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and report findings through program channels.
  • Investigate non-conformances and conduct root cause analyses on assembly components.
  • Perform Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential failures in operational processes.
  • Perform quality inspection duties as required.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience. Alternatively, a High School diploma/GED plus 10 years of relevant experience will be considered.
  • At least 4 years of quality experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 system or equivalent DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control experience.
  • Knowledge of measurement tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and calipers.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in generating handwritten or computer-based inspection reports.
  • Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a final secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with government contracts and Statement of Work (SOW) interpretation.
  • Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
  • Previous auditing experience.
  • IPC 610/620 certification.
  • J-STD certification.
  • FAA A&P license preferred.

Pay Range: $72,150.00 - $130,425.00

This pay range is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Factors such as responsibilities, experience, and market data will be considered in extending an offer.
