Your Responsibilities: - Manage quality requirements and flow downs to suppliers.
- Approve procurement requisitions.
- Oversee suppliers, including on-site process inspections.
- Verify and approve final data packages before delivery.
- Report any process changes to management.
- Track and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and report findings through program channels.
- Investigate non-conformances and conduct root cause analyses on assembly components.
- Perform Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify potential failures in operational processes.
- Perform quality inspection duties as required.
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 2-6 years of experience. Alternatively, a High School diploma/GED plus 10 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- At least 4 years of quality experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 system or equivalent DOD, Aerospace, or Automotive manufacturing quality control experience.
- Knowledge of measurement tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and calipers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Experience in an ISO9001/AS9100 manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in generating handwritten or computer-based inspection reports.
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible for a final secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with government contracts and Statement of Work (SOW) interpretation.
- Knowledge of FAR and DFAR regulations.
- Previous auditing experience.
- IPC 610/620 certification.
- J-STD certification.
- FAA A&P license preferred.

Pay Range: $72,150.00 - $130,425.00
