Quality Assurance Engineer for ServiceNow to help meet our client's needs.
Job Details: - Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer for ServiceNow
- Job Type: Contract (6+ months)
- Job Location: Santa Clara, CA
- Work Schedule: 3-5 days in the office
- Rate: $50/hr on W2, based on experience; open to C2C candidates as well.
Required Skills: - Strong communication skills.
- 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software application testing standards and methodologies.
- Proven expertise in developing Test Plans and Test Cases based on specifications and design documents.
- Hands-on experience in Manual/Functional testing for ServiceNow.
- Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of automated testing is a significant plus.
- Proficiency in Unit testing, Functional testing, and Regression testing.
- Experience in defect and bug tracking.
- Knowledge of incident reporting using ServiceNow.
- Ability to analyze Business Requirements, Software Requirements Specifications, and Interface Specifications, with heavy interaction with users.
