Job Details:
  • Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer for ServiceNow
  • Job Type: Contract (6+ months)
  • Job Location: Santa Clara, CA
  • Work Schedule: 3-5 days in the office
  • Rate: $50/hr on W2, based on experience; open to C2C candidates as well.
Required Skills:
  • Strong communication skills.
  • 5-7 years of experience in enterprise software application testing standards and methodologies.
  • Proven expertise in developing Test Plans and Test Cases based on specifications and design documents.
  • Hands-on experience in Manual/Functional testing for ServiceNow.
  • Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of automated testing is a significant plus.
  • Proficiency in Unit testing, Functional testing, and Regression testing.
  • Experience in defect and bug tracking.
  • Knowledge of incident reporting using ServiceNow.
  • Ability to analyze Business Requirements, Software Requirements Specifications, and Interface Specifications, with heavy interaction with users.
