Salary Target: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in manual software testing, particularly UI and regression testing.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with QA best practices, software development life cycles, and test planning.
- Experience using test and issue tracking tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing complex web applications.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser developer tools.
- Familiarity with accessibility and usability standards.
What You'll Do
- Conduct manual regression testing on a dynamic web-based platform before each release.
- Execute detailed test cases and report issues with clear, reproducible steps.
- Update and maintain test case documentation to reflect ongoing product changes.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand new features and define test coverage.
- Participate in release readiness meetings, highlighting potential risks and gaps in testing.
- Perform exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability concerns.
- Log and track bugs through resolution using tools like JIRA, GitHub, and Testmo.
- Communicate findings and feedback clearly to expedite issue resolution.
