Job Description

We are looking for a neurodivergent Quality Assurance Analyst II to utilize data and data analytics to improve operational performance. The Quality Assurance Analyst II will review, gather, visualize, and execute data testing and automation processes. This position will be full-time and remote.

This opportunity exists within our CAI's Neurodiverse Solutions business unit, all candidates in consideration of positions within CAI's Neurodiverse Solutions must be able to self-disclose that they identify as neurodivergent.

Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, only US Citizens and Green Card Holders/Permanent residents will be considered for this role. Candidates must be able to work directly on CAI's W2.

What You'll Do
  • Perform data integrity/ quality testing, ideally Business Intelligence Reporting, utilizing SQL.
  • Review, query, and manipulate varying data to identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems.
  • Develop reports in keeping with best practices within Reporting Environments
  • Document data process flows and transformation rules.
  • Determine the root cause of defects & issues.
  • Collaborate with technology and infrastructure teams to build end to end automated solutions.
  • Follow SCRUM methodology and working in an Agile environment as a tester - (e.g. participate in daily SCRUM, etc.)
  • Participate in writing acceptance criteria to assure testability.
What You'll Need

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Computer Science or related field
  • Experience scripting for automation utilizing common languages and frameworks (i.e. Java/ Cucumber/ Selenium)
  • Experience with Advanced SQL Queries or strong SQL concepts (i.e. joins, extract, transfer, load)
  • Experience tracking and reporting SLA's and KPI's in a managed services testing engagement.
  • Experience working in Relational Databases at the Enterprise Level (i.e. Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Power BI)
Preferred:
  • Additional certifications relevant to Data Analytics, Software Testing or a related field a plus (i.e. CompTIA ITF+, CompTIA A+)
  • Highly motivated, team player, collaborative, creative
  • Effective Communication and problem solving skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
Physical Demands
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.
