Summary The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst I will help ensure all products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements. The QA Analyst I will be responsible for manual testing, maintaining accurate documentation, defect tracking and reporting. The QA Analyst I must be comfortable participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle for multiple projects simultaneously as well as displaying exceptional communication skills to technical and non-technical team members. Identify, document, report, and track defects. Work with development teams to provide feedback on defects. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and business users to ensure requirements are understood and covered by test cases. Collaborate with the development teams to troubleshoot issues. Perform regression, usability and user acceptance testing. Make sound recommendations and decisions based on observed user behavior and prior experience. Collaborate with test automation engineers to automate the most critical regression tests. Utilize wireframes, html-mockups and beta versioning to test both internally and externally focused applications. Cross browser and mobile device testing for multiple web-based applications. Create acceptance criteria that leads to testable features. Utilize the Agile Development Process. Effectively operate multiple browsers, mobile devices and utilize technology tools used for test case management, defect reporting/tracking, project management and documentation organization. Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. Contribute to the QA process for a team of developers. Create, execute, and maintain test plans or processes for assigned development team. Assist with QA process improvement. Fulfill mission statement by performing job duties with a high level of Guest service while contributing to a positive team spirit. Work with the team during after-hours deployments. Special projects and other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
