Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging activities to promote all areas of child development.
- Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring individual needs are met.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Foster independence, creativity, and resilience in children.
- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
What We re Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
- Sound understanding of the EYFS framework
- A passion for supporting children s development and creating a positive impact.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and implement creative learning experiences.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team.
