SAI360 Application Architect role. SAI360 is a Risk & Compliance software solution.

SAI360 implementation experience needed (risk and compliance software). This is non-negotiable, please don't send anyone that doesn't have that experience. LUCID SPARK experience is also experience that is desired and strongly preferred.
What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position?
New:

• SAI360 implementation experience needed (risk and compliance software)

• A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience working in IT.

• Ability to coordinate/collaborate/support/provide leadership with SAI360 vendor on behalf of our client to implement various modules.

• Experience in Designing/Developing/Implementing Interfaces, custom Services and solutions for SAI360 suite of products OR similar risk and compliance management systems.
What are the nice-to-have skills?
New:

• Ability to create/update LUCID diagrams for technical design documentation, and collaborate with other team members using Lucid Spark strongly preferred.
Additional notes about this job:

• Ability to coordinate/collaborate/support/provide leadership with SAI360 vendor on behalf of our client to implement various modules.

• Provide technical guidance to various IT departments and work closely with development teams to ensure compliance.

• Assist in creating integration documents, process documents, standards documents, governance documents, as needed.

• Assist with the overall system design and architecture.

• A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience working in IT.

• Experience in Healthcare business domain.

• Experience in Designing/Developing/Implementing Interfaces, custom Services and solutions for SAI360 suite of products OR similar risk and compliance management systems.

• Experience in collaborating in cross-functional organization teams as well as Business SMEs to ensure that Architectural principles are successfully implemented into new Business Solutions.

• Have an overarching view of the Healthcare Organization and knowledge of its operations, capabilities and potentials.

• Ability to provide leadership to a technical team.

• Ability to lead large meetings; and develop PowerPoint presentations to illustrate design concepts to target audience(s), as needed.

• Ability to create/update LUCID diagrams for technical design documentation, and collaborate with other team members using Lucid Spark.

• Excellent communication skills with business teams/operational managers - listening and providing answers.

• Demonstrated problem solving skills.

• Ability to form good relationships with vendors/operational managers and colleagues.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Ability to think ahead and anticipate problems, issues and solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

• Strong and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Power Point, Excel.
