QA Web Tester Mid

QA WEB TESTER MID-LEVEL INCATech is searching for a QA Web Tester to perform various testing functions in support of the Department of State. This full-time position will be available as a hybrid position with some remote work while reporting to the Reston, VA office The QA/Tester will develop testing procedures and documentation for a large public facing website and collaborate with the design and development teams. Work Location: HYBRID, 2-3 days a week in RESTON, VIRGINIA, Must be able to commute to Reston office. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and document manual test plans and procedures
Execute tests, analyze results, and report on documented issues).
Track and manage testing issues
Communicate effectively with Project Manager and Software Developers
Perform Link Validation and search functionality tests
Comprehensive form testing for input/output and data validation
Accessibility testing using section 508 and WCAG standards
HTML/CSS validation REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
Related Experience:
MUST be a US Citizen to qualify for required security clearance Experience as a Web QA/Tester (1-3 years)
Strong English language skills with experience testing content for clarity
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Basic understanding of Mobile Responsiveness testing
Experience with UX principals and able to identify problem areas Ability to work well independently as well as follow detailed instructions for completing Preferred:
STRONG PREFERENCE to those with a minimum of an ACTIVE SECRET clearance. Experience with automation testing and cross browser testing tools (Selenium, Katalon)
Familiarity with HTML and CSS validation tools (WAVE, W3C CSS Validation, etc.)
