QA Tester role to assist their team.
Industry: financial services company Title: QA Tester Location: Addison, TX - Hybrid (3 days Onsite) Duration: 12+ months Pay: $53 per hour. Job Description This role is responsible for testing and delivering complex software to accomplish business outcomes. These individuals are subject matter experts on testing practices, ensuring that software is tested to meet functional, non-functional, and compliance requirements. They help condition and generate test data, build and execute both manual and automated test suites, record and communicate the test results, and assist with triaging defects.
What you'll have: - Minimum of 5 years of QA experience
- Well-versed with all the aspects of SDLC and Agile concepts
- Strong development skills with ability to understand technical design and translate the same into workable solution
- Strong in Functional testing
- Strong in Accessibility testing
- Strong in Automation Testing
- Experience or exposure in Agile methodology
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
- Strong knowledge in Agile methodology
- Able to create detailed, comprehensive test cases/scripts/scenarios based on Business requirements/user stories
- Experience with JIRA
- Able to apply test strategies
- Ability to provide testing status/reporting
Preferred Experience: - Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure
- High proficiency on MS office skills
- Excellent Communication skills
