- Proficient with finding and documenting software bugs/defects in the system under test
- Proficient with understanding bug regressions testing processes
- Proficient with sending simple reports on daily testing results (Outlook, Excel)
- Capable of learning/adapting to a proprietary bug tracking database
- Working knowledge with adhoc and End-to-End testing scenarios
- Good attention to detail
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of all Microsoft Office applications:
- Emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and OneNote a plus
- Ability to adhere to strict policy for program compliance
- People applying for lead position should have at least 3+ years of lead experience and will be responsible for overseeing all the above listed bullet points.
Nice-to-Have: - Proven ability to write well formatted bugs, reports, and emails
- Working knowledge of hardware testing
- Working knowledge of AR/VR devices (testing or general knowledge)
- Comfort with occasional outdoor testing scenarios
- Strong desire to learn and grow
- Test automation and/or scripting experience
