We are seeking a QA Technical Analyst to support our quality assurance testing of the Euronet Software Solutions and provide technical support for Implementation and Customer Support. This position works closely with software developers and architects to isolate and solve issues. Develops and initiates tests, analyzes results, ensures issues are reported and resolved. This is an in-office job based in Little Rock, Arkansas.
  • Perform assigned programming tasks, following standard processes for product enhancements, bug fixes, and customizations
  • Design and execute test plans & cases based on software requirements and technical specifications
  • Record and document results and compare to expected results
  • Detect software failures so that defects may be discovered and corrected
  • Document and report issues; track issue resolution
  • Participate in application planning meetings
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in software Quality Assurance, Testing, or equivalent bachelor's degree
  • Experience in problem/issue identification, documentation, tracking and resolution
  • JavaScript, PHP, SQL, Bash Scripting, XML, Linux/Unix Scripting experience
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Ability to work a team environment
