Position: Quality Assurance RN
Preferred Experience: 2 years of manager/supervisor experience

Your Role:
As a Quality Assurance Nurse at Western Hills Retirement Village, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional care and leadership. Your responsibilities include:
Lead new employee orientations and track ongoing staff training.
Keep health records updated and ensure immunizations and infection control measures are on point.
Investigate resident incidents and follow up with care planning and staff training.
Coordinate the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.
Conduct daily QA rounds and maintain infection control logs.
Support emotional well-being by communicating compassionately with families and residents.
What You Bring:
A valid Ohio RN license and a genuine passion for enriching lives.
2+ years of experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a skilled nursing facility preferred.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
A collaborative spirit to empower and uplift your team.
Bonus: Nursing Home Infection Preventionist certification.
