An automotive based company located in Irving, TX is looking to hire a QA Engineer on a contract to hire basis. You would be their first true QA Engineer to come onto the team. They are looking for someone that can do full life cycle testing and this will also be a highly collaborative role. This is an onsite position 5 days per week in their Irving, TX office.
You will be responsible for standing up manual test cases, followed by automating those test cases mainly utilizing unit, regression, and API testing. Tech wise, they are a .NET shop, with JavaScript and Azure cloud. They would like this person to be able to script with JavaScript as well.
Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Required Skills & Experience - Full life cycle testing experience
- Manual testing and automating test cases
- Unit, Regression, and API testing experience
- Experience working on .NET, JavaScript, and Azure
- Scripting with JavaScript
