The Role: QA Engineer
As a QA Engineer in our professional services team, you will ensure the quality of our solutions. You will participate in various testing phases, including Functional Testing, System Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Your day-to-day: QA Engineer
- Drive product quality and implement QA practices.
- Validate that features meet requirements.
- Design test plans, prepare test data, develop test cases, and execute tests.
- Perform manual, regression, environment validation, migration, and exploratory tests.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Report, track, and resolve issues and defects.
- Generate test reports for stakeholders.
- Prepare UAT test plans and documentation.
- Monitor SIT and UAT progress and follow up on test execution and defects.
- Support clients during UAT.
Requirements Essential:
- Hands-on experience with QA processes.
- 2-4 years of quality engineering experience.
- Experience in creating test scenarios and cases.
- Proactive approach to improving QA processes and exploring testing tools.
- Experience with tools like TestRail or JIRA.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Elastic Search.
Nice to have:
- Experience with test automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Robot Framework.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
