Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Automation Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QA Frameworks (QAF), along with a proven track record of automating testing processes and leading quality assurance initiatives in an Agile environment. As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will take a key role in designing, implementing, and executing automated tests across various layers of applications to ensure high-quality products are delivered. You will also mentor and guide junior QA team members and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Automation Test Strategy & Execution:

• Lead Test Automation Efforts: Design, implement, and execute robust automated test scripts using QAF (Quality Assurance Framework) and other testing frameworks.

• Test Framework Development: Develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.

• End-to-End Automation: Drive test automation efforts across different layers of the application stack (UI, API, database, etc.), ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality standards.

• Test Execution & Reporting: Execute automated tests, analyze test results, and generate detailed reports, providing insight into the quality and stability of the product.

Requirements:
Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with QAF (Quality Assurance Framework) or other similar test automation frameworks for test case management, execution, and reporting.

• Expertise in automation tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, or similar tools for UI and API automation.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or Groovy.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Travis CI to integrate automation into the delivery process.

• Strong experience with Git or other version control systems.

• Experience in API testing with tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.

• Experience with SQL and testing database queries and data integrity.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 10+ years of experience in QA Automation, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

• Extensive experience with test automation frameworks, particularly QAF and other relevant tools in the context of Agile development environments.
