Reports to the Sr. Supervisor, Continuous Improvement - OTC.
What you will do: - Drive innovation in testing methodologies and streamline overall testing processes.
- Collaborate within and across Global AR teams to ensure design solutions integrate into end-to-end solutions for Accounts Receivable.
- Create, maintain, and run test cases, scenarios, scripts, and functional processes.
- Review functional documentation to ensure accuracy and eliminate risk.
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
- You'll be a key player in determining release readiness and overall quality.
- Develop and deliver quality training in person, and/or via teams
What you will bring: - 2+ years quality assurance for software projects
- Strong computer skills, ALM, SAP S4/HANA, High Radius, Visio, and any project testing software.
- Experience with writing test scenarios, test cases and business processes
- Self-motivation and an ability to prioritize and work well with competing deadlines
- Capacity to learn multiple processes and support other positions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
