We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Assistant to join our team and support our quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

A Quality Assurance Administrative Assistant supports a company's quality assurance (QA) department by performing a range of clerical, administrative, and organizational tasks that help ensure products or services meet established standards. Here's a breakdown of the role:

Typical Responsibilities

Assist with maintaining and updating QA documentation (SOPs, forms, reports, audits).

Enter and manage data related to quality metrics, test results, or customer complaints.

Track training records and ensure employee certifications are up to date.

Support document control processes including version tracking and approval workflows.

File and archive quality-related documents in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Prepare reports and presentations using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Communicate with internal departments to follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).

Monitor quality inbox or communication channels for requests or documentation needs.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with document control systems or quality management systems (QMS) is a plus.

Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.

Strong communication and time management skills.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate degree or bachelor's in a related field (business, admin, quality) is a plus.

Experience in an office support or administrative role, preferably in quality, regulatory, or manufacturing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Multi-lingual proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English at a professional level.
