Position: Python Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA 30346

Job Description:

• Data Integration & Processing Engineer with strong Python expertise to build robust pipelines across diverse data sources.
• Experience integrating with systems like Splunk, OpenTelemetry, messaging/event platforms, and APIs.
• Familiarity with data platforms such as Apache Hudi and a keen interest in ML and LLM-based solutions will be a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement integrations with various data sources including Splunk, OpenTelemetry, event streams, messaging systems, and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and maintain efficient, scalable Python-based data pipelines.
• Perform complex data processing and transformation to support analytics and machine learning workflows.
• Interact with modern data platforms like Apache Hudi for storage and querying.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to support training and deployment of models, including LLMs (Large Language Models).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python with experience in writing production-grade code.
• Experience with tools and protocols like Splunk, OpenTelemetry, Kafka, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on exposure to data lakes/data lakehouses, preferably with Hudi.
• Knowledge of ML model pipelines, fine-tuning, or utilizing pre-trained models, especially LLMs.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data services is a plus.
