Job Title: Python Developer - AI/ML Engineer (Generative & Agentic AI)

Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay: $75/hr W2 ONLY, NO C2C
Employment Type: Contract, 6 Months
Seniority: Mid-to-Senior Level
Experience Required: 5+ years Python development Experience with AI/ML frameworks

Overview:
We are seeking a Python Developer with a strong focus in AI/ML engineering to join a team innovating in Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies. This role involves not just software development, but also research and integration of intelligent agentic frameworks into real-world applications. Ideal candidates are curious, self-driven, and eager to explore the evolving frontiers of AI.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement agentic frameworks for autonomous problem-solving and task execution.

• Integrate Gen AI capabilities into existing software systems and workflows.

• Conduct research and experimentation with new AI/ML techniques and algorithms.

• Collaborate with software engineers to deploy and scale AI solutions.

• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI/ML, particularly in Gen AI and Agentic AI.

• Contribute to the development of best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.

• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks like AutoGen, Langchain, LangGraph etc.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with GenAI models like GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, Llama
