(AI Prompt Engineering) Position type: Fulltime / Contract

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/Remote)
As a Python Developer (AI Prompt Engineering) you will: - Develop and maintain Python-based applications and tools for telecom network optimization.
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance network performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into 4G/5G core network components.
- Create and refine AI prompts to improve the accuracy and efficiency of automated processes.
- Conduct data analysis and modeling to support AI initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network performance and AI applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and telecom technologies.
The ideal candidate will have: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Python programming and AI prompt engineering (Gemini AI)
- Strong understanding of 4G/5G core network components and architecture.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with telecom protocols and standards (e.g., LTE, NR).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with cloud-native technologies and virtualized network functions.
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools.
- Previous experience in the telecom industry.

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
