Job Title: Python and Flask Full Stack Developer with Devops(CI/CD)

Job Description:
As a Full Stack developer, you will be joining a team transforming healthcare and improving the lives of millions of members we serve. The ideal candidate would have full stack experience and expertise in Python, particularly the Flask framework, and experience working on end-to-end solution design including the front-end frameworks like React and Vue.js. You will play a key role in building enterprise-grade web applications, ensuring seamless integration between the server-side and client-side components using a microservices based architecture. You must build testable, reusable, and scalable modular components supporting overall architecture and design. Key Responsibilities
1.Develop and maintain end-to-end web applications and API endpoints using Python, specifically the Flask framework, to meet project requirements.
2.Strong knowledge of Docker containers and CI/CD pipelines.
3.Create and optimize database schemas, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
4.Implement security measures to protect the application from vulnerabilities and threats.
5.Design and build RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the front-end and back-end.
6.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
7.Maintain and update documentation for codebase, APIs, and system architecture.
8.Helm chart development and maintenance for complex applications
9.Openshift running large workloads in complex environments: strong Kubernetes experience with reference operators, custom resources, RBAC, number of clusters/namespaces, resource management, scaling, monitoring etc
10.CI/CD pipeline experience, specifically GitLab, references to pipelines built and maintained, Docker optimization.
11.Experience deploying C , Python workloads
12.Knowledge of integrating generative AI frameworks in an application is a big plus.

Skills and Qualificatons:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

• At least 5 years of experience and proficiency in Python and the Flask web framework.

• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React and Vue.js will be added advantage.

• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Proficiency in working with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.

• Experience with microservice focused API design and development, including RESTful services.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in web development.

• Experience with DevOps tools and practices is a plus.

• Experience using automated UI testing frameworks is a plus.

• Experience with information retrieval/storage or working in natural language projects is a plus though not mandatory.
