Purchasing Manager/Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for procurement for the company's North Plant No. 4, as well as procurement of raw materials for company trading operations.
2. Main procurement items include chemical raw materials, fine chemical equipment, spare parts, packaging, etc.
3. Supplier development and management, including optimization and elimination.
4. Management of payment terms and aging accounts.

Requirements:

1. Over 5 years of experience in chemical raw material procurement (ideally 5-15 years).
2. Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry.
3. Major in chemical engineering preferred.
