Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pump Mechanic position in a shop at Alpha Rotating Equipment Specialists, Inc. located in South Houston, TX. The Pump Mechanic will be responsible for troubleshooting and repair if API pumps.
MUST BE LOCATED IN HOUSTON, TX DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT LOCAL (Physically located in Houston, TX area). This position does not qualify for ex-pat status, no relocation, no daily per diem, LOCALS ONLY.
Qualifications
- Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance & Repair, and Troubleshooting skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
- Previous experience in pump repair is a requirement
- Technical certification or training in mechanics or related field
