Pulmonary Critical Care Opening in Annapolis, Maryland Location: Annapolis, MD Position Details: Employment Type: Full-Time Practice Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient Call Schedule: Rotational Job Description: Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pulmonary Critical Care Physician to provide high-quality pulmonary and critical care services in Annapolis, Maryland. The physician will diagnose and manage pulmonary diseases, provide critical care in an ICU setting, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive pulmonary and critical care services Diagnose and treat respiratory disorders, including COPD, asthma, and interstitial lung disease Perform procedures such as bronchoscopy, thoracentesis, and ventilator management Provide ICU-level care for critically ill patients Collaborate with specialists and healthcare providers to develop individualized treatment plans Participate in a rotational call schedule Maintain compliance with Maryland state regulations and hospital policies Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Completion of an accredited Pulmonary/Critical Care fellowship program Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Active Maryland medical license, DEA, and CDS certifications Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits package Malpractice insurance coverage Continuing medical education (CME) allowance Relocation assistance available Retirement plan options and paid time off About Annapolis: Annapolis, the capital of Maryland, offers a historic and vibrant waterfront community with excellent schools, cultural attractions, and recreational activities.
