Pulmonologist/Critical Care Physician Opportunity
Position Overview:
Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pulmonologist/Critical Care Physician to join a hospital-employed practice within a 94-bed hospital in Northern New York, affiliated with a regional health system. The hospital features a 6-bed open ICU, and the practice currently includes 2 Pulmonology/CC physicians, with a need for a third to support growing patient demand.
Schedule:
- Rotating schedule including:
- One week in the hospital - Critical Care ICU
- One week with half days in the ICU and half days in the clinic
- This is a 5-day workweek position, not a hospitalist role

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $467,000 - $630,000
- Sign-on bonus
- Incentives based on wRVU
- Malpractice coverage (occurrence-based)
