POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinician II collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care continuum for patients in a clinic setting. This role focuses on maintaining safety and high-quality care standards while coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities for the patient population. Success is measured by patient outcome performance metrics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: RN required; BSN preferred. CERTIFICATION: NM RN license and BLS certification required. SKILLS: Effective communication, teaching techniques, and patient education coordination. EXPERIENCE: One year in a clinical nursing role preferred. NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Reports to CSVCG Dyad, supervises medical assistants, and ensures clinical staff competency.
ENVIRONMENT: Requires physical stamina and exposure to clinic conditions.
